Shipping

All MaisonFit garments are handcrafted in the USA. Shipping times vary by product type:

• Ready-to-Wear: Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US is included on orders over $500.
• Made-to-Measure: Custom garments require 3 weeks for production. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us.

Returns — Ready-to-Wear

We want you to love your MaisonFit purchase. Ready-to-wear items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return
• Exchanges are subject to availability

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at orders@maisonfit.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns — Made-to-Measure

Made-to-measure garments are final sale. Because each piece is custom-crafted to your individual measurements and design specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on made-to-measure orders.

However, we stand behind our craftsmanship. If your garment does not fit as expected due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include complimentary alterations.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
